"The Fog Game" refers to game 3 of the NFL 1975 Stanley Cup Finals between the Philadelphia Flyers and Buffalo Sabres, where thick fog obscured play inside the Memorial Auditorium. The fog was so dense during play that the game was paused several times. The Flyers would go on to win the series and brought Lord Stanley back to Philadelphia.
