Saquon has taken Philadelphia by storm since joining the Eagles, having led the entire NFL in rushing yards and being one of the biggest forces in bringing home Philadelphia's second championship.
This is your chance to have YOUR ITEM signed by the Super Bowl champion. You may mail you into us or drop it off at one of our retail locations. We will take care of your item, bring it to Saquon, and have him personally sign the item on your behalf. When mailing it or dropping off, please utilize this form to include with your item.
Please note that Saquon will NOT SIGN any item related to the Reverse Hurdle.

Premium Item- Photos larger than 16"x20", jerseys, canvas prints, Full-Size Helmets, football, equipment, or trading card.
Custom Helmets & Chrome Helmets- Any chrome helmet or painted/customized helmet.
