At Dynasty Sports & Framing, we offer once in a lifetime experiences with some of the best athletes in professional sports. These unique experiences can create memories for a lifetime and offer a rare chance to get one-on-one with your favorite superstar. Reading and understanding what to expect prior to arriving will ensure that you have the best Experience possible.

FAQ:

Will my ticket order be mailed to me?
A: No, we do not mail out your tickets. Please bring your photo ID and order number to the store the day of the event. Present your information to the employee and they will check you in and hand your ticket(s) over to you.

Can I stand in line with a friend/family member even if they do not have a ticket?
A: Yes, you may have others with you in line, however you will only receive one autograph and one photo-op per ticket.

How many people can be in my photo-op photo?
A: You may have up to four individuals in your photo-op before a second ticket is required. You will only receive one printed photo per ticket.

I can no longer make the event. Can I receive a refund or credit?
A: All tickets are final sale with no refunds or exchanges offered. The only exception to this is if an event is rescheduled and you can no longer make the new date. If this is the case we would be happy to get something signed for you to be picked up or shipped at a later date.

 

 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the below terms.

  • All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you are not able to attend the experience, we will offer to have your item signed for you. Tickets are considered cash so please do not lose or misplace your ticket. Once it is handed over to you, we are no longer responsible.
  • All Dynasty Experiences are subject to change. We try our best to ensure that each event goes off without any issues. From time-to-time circumstances come up such as weather, athlete illness, etc. In the event that an athlete cannot make an event or the athlete leaves before the event is finished, we will do our best to offer a rescheduled date. Should you not be able to make the new date we will issue a full refund to you via the original payment that was made. Please hold onto all order numbers and receipts as this will help expedite the refund. Tickets that are returned to us without an order number or receipt will be refunded back to you in store credit.
  • Dynasty is not responsible for the placement or quality of your signature. We do our best to ensure all markers and pens are in great condition.
