This option is to have your personal item hand signed by Jason Kelce with added inscriptions. This inscription option must be purchased in conjunction with a Kelce autograph option found here. You will be required to mail your item into us or drop your item off at any one of our three retail location. All items will need to be in our possession no later than May 2, 2024. All items dropped off or mailed in must be accompanied with this printed form.
