Dynasty Sports & Framing Return Policy
All returns & exchanges must be accompanied with an original receipt (order number). We will work with each customer to ensure that your return has met your satisfaction, however please note that Dynasty Sports & Framing reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return postage should an item need to be returned. Items being returned due to damage caused while in transit to the customer will be paid by Dynasty Sports & Framing. Customer will receive refund minus all postage costs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returns are packed and shipped safely to us. All refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original sale. If credit card is no longer valid then a store credit will be issued.
Apparel may be returned to us within thirty days of purchase. Apparel must be in new condition, not worn, with original tags and labels affixed. Clearance, championship, or holiday apparel may not be returned. For items that have been washed or worn, please contact the manufacturer direct.
Memorabilia may be returned to us within fifteen days of the item being received by the customer. Each item must be in the same, new condition as the customer received. All paperwork accompanied with the item must be included in the return. Additionally, any item that arrives back damaged or missing paperwork is subject to having the return voided with no refund issued.
Novelty Items such as pillows, glassware, automobile, Pops, and banners may be returned within thirty days of items being delivered. Items must be received back to us in new condition with all tags and labels affixed. Damaged items and/or packaging will result in a voided return. Clearance, championship, and holiday items are final sale.
Custom Framing such as framing kits, frames, and specifically chosen color schemes are not subject to refunds or exchanges due to the custom features of each individual piece. We ask that all specifications of size, orientation, and color schemes are triple checked prior to placing the order.
Experience Tickets to our events are considered final sale. These tickets are to be treated as any other sporting event, concert, or venue ticket. Refunds & credits are only issued in the case of an event being rescheduled or cancelled. In order to process a refund, customer must hand over their physical ticket (if picked up) as well have their receipt or order number present.
