Full-Time Assistant Manager
Oxford Valley Mall & Willow Grove Park Mall Locations

Dynasty Sports & Framing is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our team at our Oxford Valley Mall & Willow Grove Park Mall locations.

As one of the region's premier destinations for sports memorabilia, custom framing, autograph experiences, and collectibles, Dynasty offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with a rapidly expanding local business that lives and breathes sports.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to collectors and sports fans
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve store goals
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
  • Manage merchandising, inventory organization, and stock replenishment
  • Operate and oversee cash register and POS operations
  • Open and close the store as needed
  • Assist with employee scheduling and daily staff management
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Help coordinate and execute athlete appearances, autograph signings, and special events
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Support ownership with special projects and operational initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for sports and sports memorabilia
  • Previous retail management, key holder, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Compensation & Benefits

  • $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Part-Time Sales Associate

Dynasty Sports & Framing is one of the region's premier destinations for sports memorabilia, custom framing, autograph experiences, and collectibles. From hosting appearances with professional athletes and celebrities to helping fans find the perfect addition to their collection, no two days are ever the same at Dynasty.

We're currently looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Oxford Valley Mall & Willow Grove Park Mall locations.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to sports fans and collectors
  • Assist customers with retail purchases and memorabilia questions
  • Operate cash registers and POS systems
  • Merchandise and restock inventory throughout the store
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory shipments
  • Help prepare the store for special athlete appearances and events
  • Learn about our products, collectibles, and framing services to better assist customers

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for sports and sports memorabilia
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

  • $13.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Evening and weekend availability required
