Attending Our Phillies Experience? Here's What To Know | FAQ

We are beyond excited to be hosting Brandon Marsh, Bryson Stott, & Rafael Marchan on Friday, June 19, 2026 at our Oxford Valley Mall location. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, please take a few moments to read our FAQ below. This will help you tremendously when arriving on Saturday.

What Time Should I Arrive?
We recommend arriving to the store by 5pm. This will allow you have enough time to pick up your tickets, purchase your items, and be situated in the lines.

Where should I park?
We would advise parking in the parking lots outside of JC Penny & the office building (where the larger outdoor water fountain is). Once you walk into the mall, please make a left and our store is just a few stores down.

What time does the mall and store open?
All entrances to the mall will open at 10:00am. Please do not attempt to enter the mall until this time. Our store will not open until 10am.

I ordered tickets online, what else do I need?
YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS NOT YOUR TICKET!  If picking up your tickets on Friday afternoon or later, we will have a space next to our main downstairs location that will be allocated specifically for ticket pickup and pre-ordered item pickup. Please present your photo ID to the staff behind the counter and they will check you in and hand your physical tickets and items over to you.

Can I pick my tickets before Friday?
Absolutely you can! We highly recommend this to help avoid long lines on Friday. Tickets can be picked up beginning on Thursday morning at our main store downstairs. Please ensure you have your order number and photo ID ready when arriving.

How many people can be in my photo-op photo?
You may have up to three adults using one photo-op ticket. 

How many autographed do I receive with an autograph ticket?
All autographs are one per ticket.

I purchased a Premium autograph ticket, does that include a photo-op?
No, photo-ops are not included with the purchase of any autograph ticket type. You will want to purchase a separate photo-op ticket if a photo-op is desired.

Can I take photos or videos at the autograph table?
Please do not take photos or videos at the autograph table. This holds up the lines and causes those behind you to have to wait longer. 

Will you have items for sale that the athletes can sign?
Absolutely! We have a great selection of photos, jerseys, bats, & baseballs that you can purchase. These can be purchased inside of our store prior to the event. Additionally, we highly recommend ordering in advance on our website to ensure you lock your item(s) in prior to us selling-out. I already pre-ordered my item, how do I pick it up?
When you arrive to the store to pick up your tickets, your item(s) will be handed over to you at that time.

Where do I go after picking up my tickets?
The Phillies Experience will be held in the mall's main court on the first level. You will want to make a right out of store and then walk down a short distance. The event will be on your left.

How do we obtain our Photo-Op photo once our photo is taken?
Photos will print towards the end of event and will be available to pick up one hour after the event ends inside of the same location where you picked up your tickets. Additionally, we will be posting all photos on our Facebook page for you to download and use. Please do not hover or crowd inside of the store waiting for your photo. We will have a table setup that has photos placed on it. You may also pick your photo up at a different day and time if that is more convenient for you. Photo will be uploaded onto our Facebook page several days after the event.

I had a great experience meeting The Phillies, how can I share my thoughts?
We love your feedback! Each ticket has a QR code that can be scanned. It will take you to our Google review page where you can leave us your feedback. Once your review is left, you will be entered into a drawing to win the official Phillies large poster that will be personally signed by the players before leaving the event.
