Phillies Bader, Marchand & Banks Experience | What to Expect

For those joining us on Monday, September 22, 2025, we ask that you take a few moments to read over the below information. Doing so will help you tremendously in navigating Saturday's Experience.

When does the event begin and where do I go?
The players will begin signing at 6pm in the downstairs center court area. Before getting into the lines, please ensure that you pick up your physical tickets first (see below).

I ordered tickets online, do I need to do anything else?
Yes, the email you received is a confirmation of your order and IS NOT YOUR TICKET!
Ticket pickup will be taking place beginning on Sunday, September 22nd beginning at 11am. You will want to arrive at our main store downstair as that is where ticket pickups will take place. Please bring your photo ID when picking up your tickets. It would be a big help to all if you could also have your order number with you. 

Someone is picking up my tickets for me. What do I need to do?
If you are allowing someone to pick up your tickets on your behalf, you will need to email us before Saturday night (09/20) with your name, order number, and the name of the person who you are authorizing to pick up. Please send this email to info@shopdynastysports.com.

I pre-ordered an item when I ordered my tickets. How do I obtain it?
Your item(s) will be with your tickets at the pickup area inside of our store downstairs.

Can I purchase items and or tickets at the store the evening of?
Yes, you can make additional purchases at the store, however tickets are more than likely going to be sold out prior to the event. We highly encourage you ordering your tickets online before Sunday.

How will the lines work? | IMPORTANT
There will be two sets of lines that you will see in the center court. If you have Harrison Bader tickets ONLY, you will want to go into the line that is running along FOOTLOCKER. If you have Harrison BADER AND BANKS OR MARCHAN, you will want to go into the line that is running along Victoria's Secret. Once you meet Tanner and/or Rafael, you will go into the Harrison Bader line. We will have multiple employees directing you on where to go when you arrive to the Dynasty Experience area.

Can I take photos with the athletes at the signing table?
Posed photos will not be permitted at the signing table unless a photo-op ticket has been presented. Selfies and videos are not permitted.

When will the mall be open? When I can pick up my tickets?
The mall will be opening at 11am on Monday. Please do not enter the mall until this time. We are allowing customers to pick up their tickets beginning at 11am on Sunday (09/21) inside of our main store downstairs. We encourage customers to choose this option to avoid longer lines on Monday..

How many people can be in my Photo-Op?
You may have up to three people in your photo utilizing one photo-op ticket.

How many autographs can I obtain with one ticket?
All autographs are one per ticket.

Where do I receive my printed photo and digital photo after my Photo-Op?
Photo-Op photos can be picked up after the signing takes place down in the center court. There will be tables with your photos placed. All photos will also be uploaded onto our Facebook page within five days. You may also pick up your photo from our store later should you wish.

I cannot make the event, can I have an item signed or drop an item off?
We can absolutely have an item signed for you or you may drop your item off to us. You will want to complete and request this service no later than Friday at 8pm.
